ALL singers must be present at the time of notarization.

A government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of notarization (Ex: Drivers License, Passport)

Government issued photo IDs are also required for RON. Some states accept biometric identification including the State of Louisiana.

To ensure a smooth notarization appointment, please prepare the following:

• Valid original, unexpired, government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport)

• Document to be notarized (if not being drafted inhouse)

• Witnesses (if applicable) if your document requires witnesses, ensure that you have any witnesses present at the time of notarization. Verify through the client intake form if witnesses are needed and how many.

• Payment Information Final payment is due at the time of service. Confirm payment with Pelican Quick Seal Notary Services (check, credit/debit, ACH) and have funds readily available.

• Additional Documents If your transaction involve legal matters, financial transaction. or if you are doing a notarization on behalf of an individual or business entity, provide any documents that may provide additional support

Any impartial party who is not listed or have any interest in the notarization. (Witnesses must be over the age of 16 to Witness a Will/Testament). Friends and neighbors are commonly used.

Please provide a 24 hour notice to apply to your deposit to a new appointment time. Changes with less than a 24-hour notice will require a new deposit.
