Services We Provide
Act of Donation for Movable Property - $75.00 +
A legal document used to transfer ownership of movable items, such as vehicles, furniture, or jewelry, from one person (the donor) to another (the donee) as a gift. This document ensures the transfer is properly recorded, formalized, and legally binding, often requiring notarization to validate the agreement.
Passport Consent of a Minor - $55.00
Typically referred to as Form DS-3053: Statement of Consent, is required when one parent or legal guardian cannot be present during the application for a child's U.S. passport. This form ensures that both parents or guardians authorize the issuance of the passport, reducing the risk of parental abduction or disputes. The non-applying parent must complete the form, sign it in the presence of a certified notary public, and provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID. This notarized consent is a crucial step in safeguarding the rights and best interests of the child while adhering to legal requirements.
Parental Consent Form for Travel - $65.00 +
Used for granting permission for a minor to travel without one or both parents or legal guardians. It includes details about the child, the accompanying adult (if applicable), travel dates, and destinations. This form is often required by airlines, border authorities, or travel organizations to ensure the child has proper authorization.
Bill of Sale - $55.00 +
A legal document that records the transfer of ownership of an item, such as a vehicle, boat, or personal property, from a seller to a buyer. It includes details about the item, the purchase price, and the parties involved, serving as proof of the transaction.
Provisional Custody by Mandate & Guardianship Agreements - $125.00 +
A formal documents in which a legal guardian is appointed to care for a minor or an incapacitated adult. These documents outline the guardian’s responsibilities, such as providing care, managing finances, or making decisions on behalf of the individual.
