Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a secure and convenient process, approved by the Louisiana Secretary of State, where a notary public verifies and notarizes documents electronically through a live, two-way video and audio connection. It eliminates the need for in-person meetings, allowing individuals to complete notarizations from anywhere with an internet connection. The process ensures identity verification, document security, and compliance with legal standards, making it a fast and efficient alternative to traditional notarization.

Certified through the Louisiana Secretary of State. Pricing includes Notary Stamp, Platform & Convenience Fees.

Acts modifying, waiving, or extinguishing an obligation of final spousal support or acknowledgments thereof
Remote online notarization may not be used to execute an authentic act as defined in Civil Code Article 1833. Except as otherwise provided in Subsection B of this Section, an act that fails to be accurate as a result of being executed by remote online notarization may still be valid as an act under private signature or an acknowledged act. (The Notary Will Advise)
Wills (Testaments) or codicils thereto
Trust instruments or acknowledgments
Donations (movable & immovable)

SIGNERS REQUIREMENTS:

CHOOSE AN APPOINTMENT TIME & SUBMIT DEPOSIT
Select any available appointment time for your service.
Upload a copy of the document(s) that need notarization for review.
CONSULTATIONS: Consultations will be performed via Zoom. Zoom link will be provided to your email.
***NOTE**Documents may be submitted during the Zoom Consultation for review. However, the Online Notarization must take place on a secured platform approved by the LA Secretary of State.
DEPOSIT: Secure your appointment with a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. Deposit will apply toward your final service fee once services are rendered.
REMOTE NOTARIZATIONS
When the appointment has been booked, a link will be submitted to you via email with instructions to register an access our secure online platform to notarize your documents.
The instructions will also provide a guide on how to do the I.D. verification using KBA verification.
At your scheduled time, a notification will be sent to start the session recording.
Last, an email will be sent containing the digitally signed document.
**Additional $25 per notarization
RON Booking Policy
A minimum of 24-hour notice must be given for document drafting with an additional cost of $50. An additional $10 fee will apply per page for documents exceeding 3 pages. The Client must be present in person for any in-person notarizations AND follow all requirements for remote notarization. The Client shall be responsible for securing any required witnesses for documents requiring witness signatures. In the event the Notary is required to provide witnesses, the client must notify the notary within 24hours of the appointment. A fee of $25 per witness shall be incurred by the client, payable in full on the date of the signing. The Client agrees to disclose any special requests or requirements in advance of the appointment. For “Same Day” services, please book at least 3 hours in advance to ensure staff availability.
Due to the Security of the Client and the Notay, “In-home” notarization appointments will be subject to the following conditions:
Remote Online Notarizations (RON): In-home notarizations will primarily be conducted through a secured RON platform, where permissible by law.
Case-by-Case Evaluation: In-home notarizations may be performed solely at the Notary’s discretion and on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration safety and suitability.
The Notary reserves the right to decline any in-home appointment that does not meet safety or professional standards.
